Terms of Service

1. Booking & Payments

  • A booking is confirmed only after a signed agreement (if applicable) and payment of the required deposit.
  • Full payment must be made before your scheduled event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings are honored at the agreed rate.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 7+ days before the event may be eligible for a refund, minus the deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
  • In the case of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule your event at no additional cost (subject to availability).

3. Security Deposit & Damages

  • A refundable security deposit may be required at booking.
  • Clients are responsible for any damages, stains, or loss of rental equipment during the event.
  • Repair or replacement costs exceeding the deposit will be billed to the client.

4. Event Setup & Client Responsibilities

  • The client must provide a safe, clean, and accessible space for setup.
  • All pets, food, and drinks must be kept away from rental equipment unless otherwise agreed.
  • The client must ensure adequate power supply and access for installations requiring electricity.
  • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while using our equipment.

5. Safety Rules

  • Equipment must be used only as intended.
  • No smoking, open flames, or sharp objects near rental setups.
  • Slumberr Party is not responsible for accidents or injuries resulting from misuse of rental items.

6. Liability & Indemnification

  • By booking our services, the client agrees to release Slumberr Party from any liability for accidents, injuries, or damages during the event.
  • The client agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims related to the use of our services or equipment.

7. Photography & Promotion

  • Slumberr Party may take photos of setups for promotional purposes.
  • If you prefer not to have photos taken or shared, please notify us in writing before your event.

8. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

  • The event location is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
  • The client fails to comply with payment or contract requirements.

9. Changes to Terms

Slumberr Party reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
